Ladled are used for carrying the Molten Metal from Melting Furnace to Metal Pouring in molds, the ladles are available from 20kg capacity to 50 ton capacity ladles, there are many ladles as required by the foundry types following are types of ladles

1.Hand Pouring Ladles :

Theses are called Hand Shank Ladles, these ladles are used in small foundry, the maximum capacity is not more than 100 kg molten metal, and Minimum capacity is not Less than 15 kg molten metal the ladle is carried and pouring by manually. Further to this these are available in different pouring method such as Lip Pouring Hand Shank Ladle, Filter Pouring Hand Shank Ladle, Tea Spout Pouring Hand Shank Ladle.

2.Crane Suspended Ladles :

Theses are also called Geared Ladles, These ladles are used in foundry where the requirement of molten metal is more than, or you can say as the casting produced is large maximum capacity we manufacture for 20 Tons of molten metal, and Minimum capacity is 150 kg molten metal, these ladles are Moved or travelling is done by crane or Ladle Handler, and ladle tilting for pouring is done by a attached Gearbox, and these are also have different pouring pouring method such as Lip Pouring Crane Suspended Ladle, Filter Pouring Crane Suspended Ladle, Tea Spout Pouring Crane Suspended Ladle.

3.Bottom Pouring Ladles :

Theses are Ladles Crane suspended ladles with Bottom Pouring, These ladles are used in foundry where the molten metal pouring is done from the bottom of ladle maximum capacity we manufacture for 20 Tons of molten metal, and Minimum capacity is for 500 kg molten metal, they are as same as crane suspended ladle but only one pouring method and that is Bottom Pouring and hence its called Bottom Pouring Pouring Crane Suspended Ladle

4.SG Treatment Ladles:

These ladles are used in foundry where the requirement of SG Casting is Manufactured. This ladle is used for the Metal Reacting treatment. the maximum capacity we manufacture is 10 Tons of molten metal, and Minimum capacity is 150 kg molten metal these ladles are Moved or travelling is done by crane or Ladle Handler, and ladle tilting for pouring is done by a attached Gearbox
